Resident contact desk

Optional. A monthly fee applies only to the units whose owner has chosen the service.
Owner success fee

No owner success fee is payable to ATLAS when a lease is signed. Key money cannot be set.
ATLAS viewing assistance — optional
¥7,000 / visit
Available in Tokyo, subject to location, timing and arrangement checks. This assistance fee is not charged for owner-hosted or applicant-only viewings.
Move-out package — optional
¥39,800〜
Available in Tokyo. Costs depend on size, condition and work required. Confirm cleaning, repairs, scope and additional costs before ordering.
Prices include tax. Publication requires identity approval and listing checks. Optional rent management, contact-desk and viewing services are requested separately from property listing.
