ATLAS provides an online workflow where owners lead listing, viewing-method selection, application status checks, contract preparation, billing checks, and move-out consultation.

- Standard cleaning is included in the package price.
- Repair work, equipment replacement, leftover-item removal, special cleaning, and similar actual costs are charged separately based on estimates.
- Final cost allocation is confirmed after owner review, considering the contract, site condition, and tenancy period.
