Handling cancellations, deadlines, and missing submissions
Viewing and rental applications have response deadlines. If the owner cannot respond in time, confirm the deadline and ask for help through the standard inquiry channel so the applicant can be updated. Property-status changes are based on an owner action or confirmation. However, the listing is automatically unpublished 1 month after the Publish action; explicitly publish it again from property management to continue.
