Invite your resident
Send an invitation so your resident can review the home and payment conditions, then agree to them.
Start once everything is ready
After the resident agrees and setup, including bank details, is complete, rent management begins from the agreed starting month.

When you receive an invitation
- Sign in to a resident account with the email address the invitation was sent to.
- Check the home, first rent month, amount, deadline and amounts already paid, then agree to the conditions.
- Once setup is complete, check the amount, deadline and bank details on the payments page.
Agreeing does not complete the change of payment destination.
Rent management and lease agreements
Rent management only
Keep your existing lease and use ATLAS for rent payments and payment confirmation. This registration does not create a new lease.
Applying for a home and signing a lease through ATLAS
Property applications, screening and lease signatures are separate steps. Registering for rent management does not complete an application or sign a lease.
Fees and rent guarantees
The rent-management-only plan costs JPY 500 per home per month, tax included, paid by the owner. Bank fees are separate. Check the invitation breakdown for the rent and service fees that apply to you.
Agreeing to rent management does not enroll you in a rent guarantee or switch an existing guarantee contract. Guarantee coverage and conditions must be confirmed separately.
