ATLAS DOT ONE lets owners list properties directly and reach prospective residents. Even if your property details are not all ready, you can ask in advance about listing eligibility, fees, viewing methods, and how to proceed with recruitment.

There is no owner success fee paid to ATLAS at contract completion.
Simple listing-only pricing
The property listing service is ¥3,000 per property. Your listing can be public for one month after purchase.
Support when needed
Optional services such as resident contact desk, ATLAS viewing support, and move-out package are available as needed.

What happens after consultation
1. Submit the consultation form
Enter the property location, vacancy status, and desired listing timing.
2. ATLAS reviews the details
We check listing eligibility, required information, and next steps.
3. We contact you if needed
We will explain listing methods and fees by email or phone.
4. Register as an owner if listing
If you proceed with listing, register an owner account and enter property details.
Submitting this form does not start listing. No fees are charged at this stage.
