Can Japanese residents use ATLAS too?

Yes. ATLAS is available to both Japanese and foreign residents.

Is the property listing fee charged every month?

No. The ¥3,000 property listing service fee is charged only when publishing a listing. A listing can stay public for one month from purchase. After the listing period ends, it is automatically unpublished; relisting requires another listing fee.

Is the resident contact desk required for owners?

No. It is optional. Only owners who want the service use it. If enabled, ¥500 per unit/month is charged.

Is ATLAS resident support required?

No. It is optional. Only residents who want the service use it. The fee is ¥1,500/month when selected.

How much is the rent guarantee fee?

The initial guarantee fee is 30% of total rent, the monthly guarantee fee is 0.7% of total rent, and the renewal guarantee fee is ¥10,000 every two years.

What happens for owners if rent is overdue?

When rent is overdue, rent is guaranteed for up to three months. ATLAS checks the situation, sends reminders, and supports next steps based on the contract terms and applicable laws as needed.

Do you offer key management?

Key management is not currently provided. Please follow the instructions for each property to confirm how keys are handed over for viewings or move-in.

Is ATLAS a property management company?

No. ATLAS DOT ONE is not a property management company. It is an online rental listing platform where owners publish properties and proceed with communication, applications, and contract preparation with prospective residents.
