Additional costs required besides monthly fee: Internet connection fees and any other costs required for internet use. Mobile data charges may apply when using a mobile device.

Payment methods: Payments can be made by credit card, delegated collection services (including telecom carriers and providers), e-money, and bank transfer. Rent payment methods are configured by owners, and residents can choose from the available options. Paid ATLAS DOT ONE plans can be paid only by card.

Payment timing: ATLAS DOT ONE is a monthly service. The first monthly charge occurs when registration is completed, and billing recurs on the same day each month. The next billing date can be checked anytime in [Dashboard] > [Payment details]. Rent payment is made after lease completion, move-in date confirmation, fire insurance enrollment, and key handover. The lease date is determined based on the resident's prior application, and the contract terms remain effective even if payment is made before the lease date.

Service start timing: The service becomes available immediately after registration is completed.

Cancellation: Membership can be canceled by clicking [Cancel membership] on the [Account information] page. If canceled during a billing period, the plan remains available until the account is automatically closed.
