Prices

Owner services include property listing, resident contact desk, viewing assistance and move-out packages. Resident services include rent guarantees, resident support and key exchange. Details are displayed on the pricing and application pages.

Listing fee and publication period

The listing fee is JPY 0 per property. Saving a property does not publish it. After identity approval and the required checks, selecting Publish starts a one-month publication period. Afterwards the listing is automatically unpublished, while its details remain saved. Publish again from property management.

Other required costs

Internet connection fees and any other costs required for internet use. Mobile data charges may apply when using a mobile device.

Payment methods

No payment is required to publish a property. Paid optional owner services use card payments. Rent payment methods are selected from those made available by the owner. Check the relevant application and contract pages.

Payment timing

The optional owner contact-desk service costs JPY 500 per covered unit per month when selected. Optional ATLAS resident support costs JPY 1,500 per month when selected. Initial, monthly and renewal rent guarantee fees required at move-in follow the terms shown on pricing, property and application confirmation pages.

Service start timing

Online services are available after registration. Property publication requires identity approval and the applicable listing checks.

Cancellation

Cancellation procedures, effective dates and refund conditions for monthly services are displayed on the relevant application, contract or account pages.
