Give renters enough information to decide
Prepare accurate room photos, a floor plan, area, facilities, the nearest station and available date. Do not present unrelated images or unverified terms as property facts.
Confirm costs and responsibilities first
Clarify rent, common charges, deposit and other costs, and decide who handles viewings. Key money cannot be set on ATLAS. The current listing fee is JPY 0; optional services are priced separately.
Review identity and terms before publication
This checklist is not listing approval or a legal assessment. Identity, authority to list, existing agreements and building rules still need checking as applicable.
