¥1,500 / month
Optional service
A monthly support option for post move-in equipment issues, neighborhood trouble, contract, renewal, and move-out questions. Only residents who want it use it.
Rent guarantee service
Residents must join the rent guarantee service at move-in.
- Initial guarantee fee: 30% of total monthly rent
- Monthly guarantee fee: 0.7% of total monthly rent
- Renewal guarantee fee: ¥10,000 every 2 years
On ATLAS DOT ONE, you can search for properties with no key money. Monthly payment details and estimated initial costs are shown on property detail and application confirmation screens.
