Know where to contact

If you want to move in after viewing, submit a move-in application. This is not a contract reservation; it is a process that proceeds to contract after screening and condition checks.

Application flow

  1. Lease application

Enter your preferred move-in date and application details, then submit the identity, income and other documents requested on screen.

  2. Review and move-in approval

ATLAS DOT ONE reviews the rent guarantee, and the owner decides whether to accept the resident. The contract process starts once both approve.

Prepare these for smoother submission

  • Identity documents: Submit the ID and other documents requested on screen. Submission is optional when applying. Identity verification must be approved before signing.
  • Proof of ability to pay: When applying, submit the income, funds or other evidence requested on screen for your occupation and place of residence.
  • Employer details: Enter the information requested on the application screen.
  • Additional documents may be required depending on the property and conditions.

Items that are difficult to change after applying

  • Preferred move-in date
  • Payment method
  • Condition assumptions and prerequisites

Before applying, review the conditions on the property page carefully.

You don't have to figure it out alone.

Tell us what's happening. When needed, we help owners and residents coordinate and clarify the issue. You can also message each other directly.

Include the property or contract, time, on-screen status, and any photos or statements so we can review efficiently.
