  2. STEP 2

STEP 2: Document check (if required)

Depending on the property, ID or income proof may be required. Submit requested files via ATLAS following instructions.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3: Screening

Screening is conducted based on submitted information. Additional documents/details may be requested.

  4. STEP 4

Approved: proceed to contract prep. Not approved: you can consider another property.

2. Common additional requests (tips to move faster)

  • Additional income proof (different month / different document)
  • Employment information verification
  • Reconfirmation of preferred move-in date and number of residents
  • Payment method confirmation (card/bank transfer varies by property)

3. About withdrawal (application cancellation)

  • If your situation changes, complete withdrawal as early as possible.
  • Withdraw from the application page (or application chat).
  • For last-minute withdrawal, also leave a quick chat message to help coordination.
  • Even during screening, withdrawal may still be possible depending on status (screen guidance takes priority).
