1. Viewing reservation flow
- Open the property page and choose the viewing request
- Confirm your contact details and choose whether you are applying for yourself or coordinating as a proxy
- Enter the required first-choice date and time. Add second and third choices if available, then send the request
- Check the owner's reply in the application chat and confirm one proposed slot
- Review the confirmed method, meeting point, entry instructions, and other day-of guidance
2. Reschedule or cancel
- Send a reschedule or cancellation message through ATLAS DOT ONE no later than the day before the viewing
- For a same-day emergency, contact the owner immediately through the application chat
- When contacting: scheduled time / alternative date or cancellation reason / reachable time
3. Move-in application
- Apply from property page
- Enter required details (move-in date, number of residents, etc.)
- Submit requested documents
- ATLAS DOT ONE performs the initial review
- The rent guarantee company reviews the application
- The owner makes the final decision; after approval, proceed to contract preparation
4. After applying (review/result/withdrawal)
- Application received
- Document check / correction required (if needed)
- ATLAS DOT ONE review
- Rent guarantee company review
- Owner's final review
- Condition confirmation / approved / not approved / withdrawn
