Viewing to application
See viewing booking, rescheduling, application, and post-application flow in one page.
This single page summarizes the flow from viewing reservation to move-in application and post-application review.
1. Viewing reservation flow
- Apply from property page
- Send preferred dates (multiple candidates recommended)
- Receive confirmation via chat
- Receive day-of guidance (meeting point/entry method)
2. Reschedule or cancel
- Up to 2 days before: cancel/reschedule on ATLAS
- Last-minute: contact from application chat
- When contacting: scheduled time / alternative date or cancellation reason / reachable time
3. Move-in application
- Apply from property page
- Enter required details (move-in date, number of residents, etc.)
- Submit requested documents
- Screening and checks
- Approved -> move to contract preparation
4. After applying (review/result/withdrawal)
- Application received
- Document check (if needed)
- Under screening
- Approved / Not approved
