Common questions
Can I use it for an existing resident?
Yes. Register the home to get started, even if you did not find the resident through ATLAS.
Do I need a new rental agreement?
Not for rent management alone. You can also choose to start alongside a renewal.
What does the resident need to do?
Sign in from the invitation, review the rent, due date and payment change, then agree. The new bank details appear when setup is ready.
Is unpaid rent guaranteed?
No. We send automatic emails when rent is unpaid. Rent advances, guaranteed collection and individual legal negotiations are not included.
