Payments and safeguards

Know where the money goes. And what the service covers.

Receipts versus payouts, automated tasks and the decisions that remain yours. Understand the essentials before you start.

FOLLOW THE PAYMENT

From tenant payment to owner review.

  1. 01

    Payment instructions

The tenant pays the designated account

  2. 02

    Confirm and match

    Match bank-confirmed receipts with charges

  3. 03

    Update rent status

    Display payment status and history

  4. 04

    Review payouts

Review net payout, deductions and transfer status separately

A confirmed receipt is not the same as a completed owner payout.

Confirmation may be delayed or require reconciliation. Check payment changes, deductions, payout dates and cancellation arrangements before starting.

CLEAR RESPONSIBILITIES

What is automated. What remains your decision.

01

Manage through ATLAS

  • Organize listings, applications and contract preparation
  • Match bank-confirmed receipts with charges
  • Send emails based on deadlines and confirmation status
02

You remain in control of

  • Rental terms and the final tenant decision
  • Existing agreements, lender permission and building rules
  • Repairs and individual negotiations outside the plan

Rent guarantees, human negotiation and repairs are not automatically included.

Protect existing agreements and personal information.

Do not change a management agreement or payment instructions without the required arrangements. Complete identity and authority checks, and notify tenants of payment methods and start dates. Wait for sharing instructions before sending tenant personal information.

Bank integration does not mean endorsement or a guarantee of income or fund protection.

Understand the cost and the process.
